[alive-IT] Version 5.9.1.1

[alive-IT] Version 5.9.1.1 has two new features:

  • Data synchronization with FACT24 (alerting and crisis communication solution from F24 AG)

  • User-specific and generally valid storage of settings for the tabular display of master data. Add calculated fields and summary fields to the table functions.

Data exchange with FACT24​
Customers using both [alive-IT] and FACT24 can now synchronize master data from [alive-IT] with FACT24. Data for teams, individuals and their e-mails and telephone numbers can be transferred to FACT24. IDs are used to recognize and update existing data records.

In addition, alarms already defined in FACT24 can be activated from [alive-IT].

Saving table settings
The master data tables in [alive-IT] offer many helpful functions. Up to now, data highlighting could already be saved. In version 5.9.1.1, the table settings for 

  • Column selection, widths and positions

  • filtration

  • sort

  • grouping

are supported.

In addition, calculated fields (numerous statistical and mathematical formulas are integrated) and summary fields (for combining textual content from other fields) can now be defined as additional columns in table views. The construction of these new column types is supported by wizards.

The settings can be saved as default settings for all users or as individual formatting for each table that is available as a menu item in the navigation or via the dashboard.

Previously saved highlights are converted to the new settings and are not lost.
