[alive-IT] Version 6.1.5

The new [alive-IT] version 6.1.5 is now available for download.

alive-IT 6.1.5 serves to provide some minor improvements and corrections. New features are not included. By updating the included Apache-Commons Fileupload to version 1.5 as well as Tomcat to version 9.0.72, a security vulnerability described in CVE-2023-24998 is closed.
