ITSCM as a Service is particularly suitable for companies that have already established an ITSCM but require targeted support for the existing ITSCM lifecycle – without permanently tying up their own human resources or to compensate for a current lack of internal specialised expertise.

But we also support companies that want to approach the protection and resilience of their IT infrastructure in a structured way for the first time, with our ITSCM as a Service, from implementation to ongoing support.

Our "ITSCM as a Service" includes:

  • Creation and updating of the necessary ITSCM process documentation with regard to IT emergency preparedness and response

  • Developing interface definitions, particularly with regard to BCM, ISM, CIRM, ITIL disciplines and crisis management

  • Preparation, execution and evaluation of gap analyses, including the analysis of dependencies within the IT infrastructure and on external service providers

  • Conducting IT risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential risks from existing vulnerabilities and threats, and developing appropriate risk mitigation measures

  • Support in planning and conducting regular testing of the ITSCM plans, e.g. plan discussions, technical function tests, data centre switch tests, and simulations.

  • Evaluation and documentation of test results for continuous improvement of the ITSCM processes.

  • Continuous adaptation of the ITSCM plans based on the test results and in response to internal and external changes

  • Conducting maturity analyses and compliance checks for alignment with ISO 27031 and fulfilment of current legal/regulatory requirements
